• Timed entries measure how long the Lumara timer was running — they depend on you starting and stopping it at the right moments.
• Device report entries are typed in from your phone’s Screen Time or Digital Wellbeing, which count all time in an app, not only short videos.
• Self-estimates are your own guesses.
• Video estimates (≈) are calculated from time and an assumed typical video length. They are approximations, not counts.

Lumara cannot see inside other apps and does not verify what you enter.
