Cookie Policy

This page explains the cookies and browser storage Lumara Scroll Tracker uses.
The short version
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, an optional preference cookie for your language, and remember your theme choice in your browser. No advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and no third-party cookies. Because everything we use is strictly necessary or a preference you set yourself, there’s no cookie banner. The browser extension and Android app don’t use cookies; they keep their device key in their own storage.
What we use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
lumara_sid | Essential cookie | Keeps you signed in and protects forms against cross-site request forgery. Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax. | 14 days after your last visit, or until you sign out |
lumara_lang | Preference cookie | Remembers the interface language you picked. Set only when you choose a language. HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax. | 1 year, or until you clear cookies |
lumara-theme | Browser local storage | Remembers whether you chose Auto, Light or Dark theme. Never sent to our server. | Until you clear your browser data |
Fonts and scripts
Our fonts and chart library are served from our own server, so loading a page doesn’t send your information to Google Fonts, CDNs or other third parties.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the session cookie you won’t be able to sign in. Clearing site data also resets your theme choice.
Changes
If we ever add other cookies we’ll update this page first and, where the law requires, ask for your consent.
