Data Deletion Policy

How to delete your Lumara Scroll Tracker data, what gets removed, and how quickly.
Delete your account yourself
- Sign in and open Account → Data & account.
- Optional: choose Download all data (CSV) to keep a copy.
- Under Delete account, enter your password, type
DELETEand confirm.
Deletion happens immediately. You’ll be signed out and get a confirmation email.
Delete individual entries
To remove only some data, open History and delete entries one by one. You can also clear limits on the Goals page.
Disconnect a device
In Account → Connections, choose Disconnect to stop a device sending data, or Disconnect & delete data to also remove everything it sent.
Ask us to delete it
Can’t sign in? Email scroll@lumara.chat from the address on your account, or use the contact form with the topic “Privacy or data request”. We may ask you to confirm you own the account, and we’ll complete the request within 30 days — usually much sooner.
What gets deleted

| Password-reset and email-confirmation tokens | Deleted immediately |
| Sign-in attempt records for your email | Deleted immediately (others expire within 30 days) |
| Messages you sent through the contact form | Deleted immediately |
| Plan and subscription records | Deleted immediately (cancel any paid subscription with the payment provider first) |
| Payment records, if you ever paid | Kept for accounting, but no longer linked to your account |
| System log entries about your account | Your account number is removed immediately; the entries expire within 90 days |
| Hosting provider backups | Overwritten within the provider’s normal backup cycle; not used to restore your account |
Data on your devices
- Browser extension: disconnect it in Account → Connections, then remove the extension — this deletes its stored key and any unsent records.
- Android app: disconnect it, turn off Usage Access for Lumara, and uninstall the app.
Things to know
- Deletion is permanent. We can’t recover a deleted account.
- Your theme and language choices are stored in your own browser; clear site data to remove them.
- Lumara never had access to your social media accounts, so there’s nothing to disconnect there.
